1. Grains and Flour (The Foundations)
Atta (Whole Wheat Flour): The most critical item for making fresh Rotis (flatbreads).
Basmati Rice: Used for plain rice or Kheer (sweet rice pudding).
Maida (All-purpose Flour): Sometimes used for specific snacks or Pakwan.
2. Lentils and Legumes (Dal)
Black Gram (Maah Di Dal): A staple for traditional Langar Dal.
Yellow Moong / Chana Dal: Frequently used for various lentil preparations.
